	Atley Business Park, Cramlington Just under 5 acres 15 minutes North of Newcastle upon Tyne, providing industrial/commercial space, excellent facilities, new build offering flexible terms and variety of sizes.
	M-Sport Facility, Dovenby Hall £10 million project in West Cumbria involved the transformation of a 115 acre estate to provide a world class HQ for Ford World Rally operators M Sport Limited. The grade II listed Dovenby Hall was restored to provide offices with a new 5500m² high technology workshop created alongside. Extensive external works included a new access road, highway junction and the creation of an artificial lake. The project received a Civic Trust Award in 2001 and was officially opened by HRH Prince Charles.
	Dovenby Estate The development of the Dovenby Hall Estate has continued more recently with refurbishments of Sutton House and Howard House, a new merchandising area and refurbishment of Pattinson House & the former theatre.
