Dovenby Hall Estate, Cockermouth
£10 million project in West Cumbria involved the transformation of a 115 acre estate to provide a world class HQ for Ford World Rally operators M Sport Limited.
The grade II listed Dovenby Hall was restored to provide offices with a new 5500m² high technology workshop created alongside. Extensive external works included a new access road, highway junction and the creation of an artificial lake. More recently test cells have been added and the development of Dovenby Hall still continues with a new merchandising area.

The project received a Civic Trust Award in 2001 and was officially opened by HRH Prince Charles, Prince of Wales.
